So, i'm not sure who's going to read this...but i'm posting it anyway. I think at least one person will. I want to discuss my highs and lows of 2008. I'm gonna post and high and then a low and then another high...u get the picture. lol

High: Minneapolis - I really enjoyed living in the big city. I made a lot of friends at North Central and I miss the place.
Low: North Central - Yes, I did enjoy it, but I feel like I also wasted some of my life there. I made a lot of memories with people there who don't return my calls or texts or message me back on facebook.
High: Minnesota - It helped show me that there are other places to live other than Wisconsin and California and even though I doubt I'll ever live anywhere othe than CA, if I had to leave, I would want to live in Minnesota again.

High: Online friends - I've made so many online friends in 2008. It's been really great. Some people don't think it's possible to have real friendships with people you can't hear or see in real life, but I think you can.
Low: Stickam - I still go on the site, but thankfully I've escaped my heavy addiction to the site. I would skip classes to talk to people on it and there's too much drama on that site.
High: Plurk - Plurk is my new favorite social networking site. It's like twitter (if you don't know what that is google it, bitch lol jk) but cooler. I've made a lot of great friends since I've joined that site in October.

High: California - I've finally returned home. Since, I've started thinking about college, I've dreamed of going to college out here. I love the heat and the environment.
Low: Orange County - I want to get out of this "small town" county as soon as possible. It's too conservative here.
High: Saddleback college/church - I hate going to a community college, but I've made a couple good friends through the place and it's given me a great job. As for Saddleback church...I don't agree with all of the views expressed by it, but I have met some cool people.

I'm sure I could elaborate or come up with more highs and lows, but I think those are the main ones. So maybe my next journal will be titled 2009 and be about what I'm expecting/hoping/dreaming about getting out this new year.
